Annual Meeting Rescheduled

The date of the Annual meeting of the LWV Metropolitan Des Moines has been changed to Thursday, May 8, 2025 - 5:30-7:30 pm.

The change of date was necessary because of the intrusion of Covid-19 which affected key persons in our organization.

Additional details for the meeting:

1.  The location of the meeting has changed and will be at 3100 Grand  Avenue Condominiums in the Community Room on the first floor. The parking lot is south of the building.  Go to the west door.

2.  At least 17 members must attend to have a quorum.  

3.  Please bring an appetizer to share with LWV Metro DSM members.

4.  Beverages, plates, napkins, cutlery, and glasses will be provided.

5.  We will honor the lives of two members who have passed away this year.- John Domini and Judge Mark McCormick

6.  Our keynote speaker will be:  Heather Jones-Brown
